De’ Minimi restaurant supports Ristoranti Contro la Fame (Restaurants Against Hunger), Italy’s largest solidarity campaign uniting restaurants, chefs, and food lovers to say “No More Hunger.” From October 17 to November 2, €2 will be donated for each carob gnocchi dish ordered from the San Tommaso and Miseria e Nobiltà tasting menus. The carob, once a crucial food in times of hardship, is elevated into a gourmet creation by the chef.
