LUNCH WITH EVO OIL TASTING FROM LA VALLE

It’s olive harvest time. Only the finest olives from the La Valle estate are transformed into the extra virgin olive oil served at De’ Minimi. Together with La Valle, we’re hosting a special Sunday lunch featuring an olive oil-themed menu, from appetizers to dessert.

Salvatore Rota, owner of the estate and heir to a family of olive growers since 1927, will join the lunch to share the secrets of his award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil, celebrated both nationally and internationally.

Standing welcome drink, tasting menu served in 4 courses with an olive oil tasting and wine pairing: price per person €120.
